Egypt to Host Cairo Peace Summit on Saturday to Address Gaza Situation
Egypt is to host an international peace summit on Saturday, likely in the new capital, to discuss the developments and future of the Palestinian cause. This decision comes after yesterday’s, Monday, national security meeting in Egypt.
France confirmed its attendance. As well as US President Joe Biden. Besides France and the United States, news reports say the summit will see the participation of 18 countries and the Secretary General of the United Nations.
Egyptian ambassadors have presented invitations to attend the conference to the heads of some Arab countries, including Qatar and Kuwait.
